Joan Wilson has become just the second woman to be elected to the position of International President in the recent International Elections.

The results of the elections were announced on Friday during the welcome dinner of the Mid Year Meeting hosted in Bangkok.

Joan from Ottawa, Canada, has been elected International President Elect for a period of one year, starting 1 July 2015. On 1 July 2016 she will assume the office of International President for one year.
